ANXIETY: FINDING CALM IN THE STORM

Everyone is familiar with anxiety, whether you’ve experienced it in small amounts or in a frequent, disruptive way. The experience of anxiety produces persistent emotional distress, which can overwhelm both our brains and our bodies. We also know that depression and anxiety are often linked, as depression can be seen as the sadness that comes when one experiences something difficult, and anxiety can be seen as the fear that it will happen again. Although this dread is a familiar sensation for many of us, it can still be quite powerful – and isolating.

What We Treat

All of us have experienced some degree of anxiety, and too many of us have experienced trauma. We’re here to provide uniquely beneficial treatments for both, or anything else you may be coping with. We’re also proud to provide eating disorder treatment for adolescents and adults.
