Jennifer Warpool

Hi, I’m Jennifer Warpool.

I work in an integrative, collaborative way — we choose the approach together, and it stays trauma-informed the whole way through. My focus is on eating disorders and young professionals, alongside anxiety, depression, and trauma. I lean toward talk-based work, bringing art in where it helps you say what words can’t reach yet.

My Approach

Nothing here is done without you; we decide together what each session needs — psychodynamic work, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, or art when it helps — and we keep it trauma-informed throughout. If anxiety or depression is part of the picture, we make room for that too. Art therapy can feel a little strange before you’ve tried it; that’s normal.

Collaborative By Default

You’re the expert on your life. I bring the clinical tools; we choose together which ones fit.

Weight-Inclusive, Always

Your body is welcome here exactly as it is. Worth and weight are not the same conversation.
